A: We recommend coordinating rather than matching outfits. Choose a color palette that is neutral and complements each other while reflecting your family's personality. Feel free to reach out to us for inspiration!
Q: When should we schedule our newborn session?
A: We recommend aiming for somewhere in the first few weeks of life to capture those sweet sleepy poses. The ideal time is between 8-10 days old. We can get sweet photos at any age, but some poses can only be done before your little one has more of an opinion .
Q: What happens if it rains on the scheduled photo day?
A: We understand that weather can be unpredictable. In the event of rain, we are happy to reschedule your session to a more suitable day .
Q: Can we bring props or special items for our session?
A: We prefer to capture candid moments without props, but we do have blankets to add to your desired photo location. Let us know in advance if there is something you would really want and we can discuss it and plan accordingly.
Q: How do you handle uncooperative children or camera-shy family members?
A: Patience is key! We are experienced in working with families of all dynamics. We strive to create a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere to capture genuine moments. Small breaks, playful interactions, and a bit of humor often help bring out the best in everyone.
Q: When can we expect to receive our photos?
A: We understand the excitement of seeing your family portraits! Typically, you can expect a sneak peek within a week, and the full gallery will be ready for viewing and download within 2-3 weeks after your session.
Q: What safety measures do you have in place, especially considering current circumstances?
A: The health and safety of our clients are our top priorities. We follow local guidelines and take necessary precautions during sessions. We're happy to discuss specific safety measures and address any concerns you may have.
Q: Can we get the RAW/unedited photos from our session?
A: We do not give out RAW or unedited images. If you choose us as your photographers it means you are also choosing out editing style that we have spent time creating and perfecting.
